How do you develop the habits to live happier longer?
Hey there Beautiful,
Did you know that the average life expectancy for a woman is at least 74 years of age?
Now when I tried to get a straight answer from Google and the various websites to confirm what the EXACT number was for women, I got different numbers for different countries and different numbers from different organizations.
So I said, “The heck with you Google!”
But what I did ascertain was that women will live at least until their 70’s, and we definitely will live longer than men.
I won’t make you go down the Google search spiral that I went down of ALL the interesting information of why we will outlive men because that will take up an entire show.
Since as women, we know that we will most likely live longer, we should work on developing habits NOW that will help us live that longer life happier.
I’m 47 years old today. So do the math; that means I could live another 27 years at the very least. And in my family, we have long genes since my grandparents and their brothers and sisters lived into their 90’s, and a few great-aunts lived until they were 101 and 103 years old.
So, more than likely I could live another 38 to 40 years. So the whole reason I did this Google search is because of today’s guest Molly Watts.
